Nah, Boston would have only themselves to blame
They would just have to overcome the bad goal call
It would be their own fault if the goal had been an OT goal. They should have just scored 1 more in regulation |

Why isn't a DOG penalty called when a goalie directs a shot out of play? Goalies work hard on rebound control, and I do think that sometimes they intentionally direct it out of play just to stop the play. |

Hey maybe we can talk about how Vegas blew a 3 goal lead killing a penalty that no one besides one ref and stewie here think was the right call.
Oh wait....
We beat the horse already... hint hint. |

Deflections don’t count, no matter if the come off a defending skater or goalie. The rule was written specifically for pucks shot out of play. |

Nik Hjalmarsson was once called for a DOG when the puck deflected off his stick into the crowd. What I was talking about is when a goalie intentionally controls the rebound into the crowd. That is more than a deflection. It is the same thing as a player shooting it, I would say. |

Paul, you haven't even ever tried a Marchand.
I bet if you do, you'll love it. |

Yes, I'd like to hear again from Paul now that Pav. has come out publicly with his comments on the play...which totally exemplifies the type of class act guy he is...I'm not being sarcastic. |

Agreed
Pav gets laid out and the ref's not only (frank) up the call but they themselves get "suspended"

Paul, how did they screw up the McAvoy call? Another crew that should be sent home for the remainder of the season! |
